Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled from your account dashboard at any time. Annual memberships do not auto-renew unless you opt in.

Do you offer financial hardship support?

Yes. We offer a sliding scale, no questions asked. Email admin@silaa.me to arrange.

Is my information private?

Only the profile fields you mark as public appear in the Silaa directory. Everything else is visible only to you and to Silaa staff.
